Custom Menu's on Multi-Tenant don't always seem to load

System->Menu Manager, add a new menu.  Edit the new menu with some minor change.

Advanced -> Domains. Edit a domain.  Add an override variable to the domain for 
the new menu.

menu    uuid    en - widgets true   change to custom menu 

Logout/Login to restart session..

Main URL is voip.myawesomepbx.com
Client URL is voip.widgets.com

If you login as superadmin to voip.myawsomepbx.com, and change the tenant to 
voip.widgets.com, you get the new menu.  If login as a user or admin, you get 
the default menu.

If you login as user/admin at voip.widgets.com you get the new menu.

Menu doesn't change when you change the tenant because you would need to login 
into that domain to see the custom menu. Changing this to a feature request.
