Sign Up menu item does not direct to the right link

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Enable the Sign Up Menu
2.  Select the Signup Menu
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect page /app/signup/signup.php
Served paged is /app/users/usersupdate.php

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Looks like the row in the db for this menu is wrong.

Signup page is entirely broken right now. Its design was FusionPBX version 2.
