Feature Request: Multiple Dialplans support per domain #328

I would like to have multiple dial plan support per domain and then be able to
assign a user and/or extension to the dialplan.

In this case, a dialplan includes multiple dialplan rules and star codes as
currently defined by the Dialplan manager screen (ver 3.1)

We would like to group phones with different levels of authority into different
dialplans to enhance security.

An example would be a public reception phone(s) that may only be allowed to call the operator or a set of internal extensions.

In terms of Cell phones and DISA, It would be helpful if routed calls could use
a more restrictive dialplan.

Would also like to auto provision extension accounts without administrator
approval. These accounts would be added to a restrictive dial plan which could
be upgraded to a regular dialplan at a later date by an administrator.

We are still looking at larger educational institutes. Sets of phones belong
to different user classes and so have different rights to use the phone system.

This has been possible to do for a while now. Simply by adding a dialplan entry
making a context and then assigning the extension to that context. It's only
possible for the superadmin user at this time. A regular admin doesn't have
access to the context.

Some work could be done to make the interface easier with the additional
contexts in the dialplan manager.
