Changing value of "Use RTP Timer" in XMPP Manager add/edit has no effect #335

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to XMPP Manager add or edit page
2. Change value of Use RTP Timer to "false"
3. Click Save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see it set to false when edit page is reloaded, but it stays set to 
true.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The version installed by Easy Install script on October 11, 2012 on Debian Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for reporting the problem. It has been fixed in the development branch. 
The new release should be in the next two weeks or less.
