when you change a ringgroup extension it does not update the dialplan #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In ring groups change an existing ring group extension

You will notice that the old extension still works and the new one does not. It 
never updates the dialplan extension. If you go into dialplans you still see 
the old extension listed.

Make sure you are on the latest trunk/fusionpbx by using svn update from the 
fusionpbx directory.

Thanks for reporting this bug it is fixed in revision 4334 and will be part of 
FusionPBX 3.4 release.
