Add support for Gtk 3.8 and Gtk 3.6 #11

The latest 3 versions of Gtk should ideally be supported at any one time - currently, this is Gtk 3.6, Gtk 3.8 and Gtk 3.10. While Gtk 3.10 is the targeted version, the others should gain support soon after release of the Gtk 3.10 version.

Closing because I consider Gtk 3.6 and Gtk 3.8 to be outdated.
