Matching theme for Chrome/Chromium #40

It would be nice to have a matching theme for Chrome/Chromium :)

It already has a "matching" Chromium/Chrome theme. These applications are gtk2 and thus will not fully take advantage of the nice looking gtk3 theme. The best we are going to get for now is the matching colors that this theme provides for gtk2.
