PR to support more .Net types, get rid of a few rough edges #18

This PR makes it easier to deserialise, as it makes some previously internal lenses public.

Oh there's some cool stuff in here, awesome! I'll have a proper look through and maybe a quick shuffle with things like operators and then merge (most of it at least, need to consider one or two bits first like decimal serialization...)
