applying custom select to new select #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apply customselect on dropdown
2. create new element in jquery
3. apply custom select

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect the second select to have the custom select which it does.  but the 
dropdown shows under the first dropdown instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
