Force Difficulty Rank to Difficulty #10

BeatSaberEditor does not enforce rank to difficulty

added line to force the rank to difficulty by overriding what is taken from the JSON.

List is now properly ordered in game

Potentially also the issue with the difficulty selection problem, the game is likely checking for rank not difficulty

This has been added to the new refactoring branch, which will eventually be merged to main.
