There is no running instance of the task. #79

-- I added 30 SA json files manually inroot\accounts\. -- Tried coping from TD1 to TD2(10TB) but task stopped half way through. -- No proper reason mentioned in log file. -- The Error says

ERROR: The process with PID wxyz could not be terminated.
Reason: There is no running instance of task.
