Does the Oauth 2.0 with client ID and secret work with the SAs created by autorclone? #82

So I made a few projects with autorclone and filled each up with 100 SAs.

I know that I can add >200 SAs to a group, and then add that group to team drives I would like to copy and clone them.

But what if I want to use rclone to write and read from my own TD. Would the Oauth2.0 client and secret be able to utilize the quotas given by the SAs under the same cloud.google.com account?
