System: Ubuntu 14.04 first launch the proxy.py the solution:

1. download the Package "libnss3-tools" libnss3-tool choose which you want,and download it
2. install it use command dpkg -i libnss3-tools_3.23-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_amd64.deb
3. kill the running proxy.py process or close the terminal 4.restart the proxy.py use command: sudo python proxy.py you can take it!
