It would make more sense if a new user wants to clear data to add his/her own data in. Clear sample data shouldn't be the goal. Screenshot 2021-04-16 at 3.42.11 PM.png

Teaching Assistant comes with sample data when first installed, thus having the goal of clearing sample data for new users to add their own data into Teaching Assistant is within scope.

Reason for disagreement: In this case wouldn't the function be clearing sample data and benefit part of the user story be to add their own data as the response have stated.

But this issue should have been of lower severity.
