Lacking terms like Entry, which I think is important.

It is already mentioned in the UG that entries are schedules and in the front page of the website which readers should have seen before going to the DG. Thanks for raising this issue though.

Reason for disagreement: Given that glossary is for

all stakeholders have a common understanding of the noteworthy terms

I don't think mentioning at that start of UG is mutually exclusive with mentioning at the glossary, especially since it is not a hard requirement to read the UG before the DG. People reading the DG first will still be confused. But I do think that this issue should be a low severity.
