Tags are supposed to be case insensitive when filtering but case sensitive when adding

I find it as an inconsistency over how tag is treated by the 2 commands. Name of contacts does not have this inconsistency as you can't add contacts with the same name even if you change the cases of the names.

Team's Response

We acknowledge this bug but we think case sensitivity should not affect the convenience of using our app since users would not add two of the same tags with different cases. Therefore, we reduced the severity of this bug as we think it is very unlikely that this affects normal operations of the product.
