Capitalized prefixes #3

Prefixes used for the s-update command have to be capitalized, which makes it more troublesome for the user. Maybe let it be case-insensitive?

Thank you for the bug report.

Indeed, perhaps allowing for case insensitivity will bring more convenience for the users. However, the current feature as it is (using the upper case only) should only pose a minor inconvenience (if any) for users, especially since they are already fast typists. Thus, we have decided to change the severity to Low. This change is also based on the advice given by Prof Damith in https://github.com/nus-cs2103-AY2021S1/forum/issues/430#issuecomment-727217117.
