Jus whanted to post my error in case its of some use, having Vist ultiamate 644bit SP2.
the procedure entry point tryacquiresrwLockexclusive could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
From what i say before its not comptable, even w7 got problem so having more modern link library sims to be neccesery, W10 is biit big step up so i hope this finde some midle graund.
