Acquisiton 0.7b wont start #485

thats it. i installed, tried installing and running with admin, no difference, when i run the acquisiton executable nothing happens. no error message, no processes running or anything. anyone know a solution to this?

I'm getting the same thing with version 0.8b and older. I had it working before but I had to reinstall it and now it wont open. I can see it appear in the processes window but it disappears immediately without error. Admin mode does nothing, white-listing on AV does nothing.
