MTX no longer appear via the API #492

Since pre-3.0 Fall of Oriath in 2017, MTX have been reworked by GGG to not be applied to item instances, and thus to my knowledge do not appear in any current or untouched tab API results. Therefore the MTX filter checkbox can be removed from Acquisition's UI, along with internal support for this item property.

494 addresses these changes.

This would free up UI space for master-crafted and lab-enchanted search checkboxes.
