Misc fixes and improvements #496

Various minor bugs exist in Acquisition, as well as there being a number of warning generated by Qt Creator/MinGW when compiling.
In addition, there are several additions to the game that have not been reflected in the app, such as new highly desirable mods to filter for.

This issue exists to condense fixes for many such issues into a single place and for a PR to address.

Mana reservation is a mod that is no longer restricted to uniques and Essence-crafted helmets, but also at least as a Shaper shield suffix (for socketed gems). Does this (pseudo) mod want adding to that PR, or in a future second round of misc tweaks?

Similarly there's % maximum mana, more available and popular with modern MoM and Elder/Delve crafts.
