[Enhancement] Support Master-crafted and Enchanted status & mods #499

Items can have master-crafted mods in addition to the previous implicit and explicit ones. Also, Enchantments can replace implicits and be detected via the API data format.
Acquisition could be enhanced to support displaying whether items have such mods as a column, as well as make them filterable by such a flag. Additionally, master-crafted mods could be included in the searched and summed item values, in order to more accurately search for e.g. combined + maximum life totals, or triple net elemental resists.
