Cleanly add support for crafted and enchanted filtering and mod searching #502

Add Master-crafted and Enchanted properties, columns and filter fields (to their own new layout area).

Included craftedMods in the generated summed mods, to be searchable.

Addresses issues #499 , #456 , #389

Have I missed something? Any chance of an ETA of merging this and/or a new version release target date?
