NVidia Geforce Experience version 3.19.0.107

Vita Moonlight version 0.6.1 0.6.0

Vita Moonlight running on ps vita 1000

with the version 0.6.0 the video is fluid but the input lag after a couple of seconds makes the game unplayable

with version 0.6.1 the video is not fluid but there is no input lag

it would have to reimplement pacer code.
