Inconsistent output for append feature #6

When existing medical condition is appended again, an error message will be shown. However, if a different feedtime is also supplied, the exisitng medical condition will not be prompted. Intended behaviour. The "error" is actually a warning. The duplicate field still gets appended, so it doesn't stop you from appending the remaining fields. Also, doesn't affect functionality.
