Wifi is not possible turn on

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I turn on my wifi, I get error. System works good, but wifi is not 
possible to turn on.

What version of the product are you using?
I try to use many versions of gapps-gb-xxxx, system-gb-xxxx and boot-gb-xxxx.

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
V20G

Como instalar ROM por ficheiros bin
0 Copiar o ficheiro "boot-gb237-111025-236mb-r193.zip" e as aplicações do 
Google para o cartão do telemóvel
1 O telemóvel tem de ter a opção de arrancar em fastboot. Caso não tenha, 
instalar a v10g.kdz para n perder a garantia ou a versão Froyo 2.2 (coreana) 
que tem isso, mas que é v20 e perde a garantia.
2 Tem de se ter o telemóvel arrancado no modo fastboot. Basta tirar a bateria, 
colocá-la, encaixar o cabo USB e carregar logo logo em Menu + espaço.
3 Agora no PC, arrancar o programa winflasher 
(http://www.guimmer.co.cc/open-etna-winflasher/winflasher-2-0-tutorial ou 
http://www.gw620.com/archives/633) - permite fazer cópia de segurança do 
anterior à instalação
4 Clicar em manual flash e escolher o ficheiro system que se pretende instalar,

5 Pôr o tlm no modo de ClockWorkMod Recovery através do PC
6 Instalar o ficheiro "boot-gb237-111025-236mb-r193.zip", 
"gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip" e as aplicações zip que se queiram
7 Fazer reboot nesse programa

    Instalar correções: ir ao modo de ClockWorkMod Recovery
 Baixar o ClockWorkMod Recovery:

ficheiros nele)
5 Instalar as aplicações pretendidas através dos ficheiros zip
6 Fazer reboot utilizando um comando dessa aplicação

   Instruções utilizando o telemovel:
1 Colocar o ficheiro "recovery-EVE-4.0.1.5.img" na raíz do cartão, mas com 
nome "recovery.img"
2 Arrancar o programa "ROM Manager" e escolher a 2.º opção - reboot em modo 
recovery
3 Instalar as aplicações pretendidas através dos ficheiros zip, mas 
instalando primeiro o ficheiro boot que está em formato zip que é necessário 
para que o próximo arranque seja para o Android mesmo.
4 Fazer reboot utilizando um comando dessa aplicação

I can report the same problem although my phone was a V10 that I had flashed to 
OpenEtna. I followed the Portuguese instructions but they were the same steps I 
had followed in the first place, had to go back to OpenEtna.

I tried the following combinations and gat the same error in all of them:

Hi Ariel, Jocab Ruialexa, Michaelf and Radek,

The solution is to install the boot.img in recovery mode so everything is 
installed. What you did is fastboot -w then flash system.img.

After that is done open another command window and type in fastboot boot 
recovery.img. Then mount your usb storage using the arrow keys as up and down 
and the camera key to select. Then copy your boot zip file (do not extract) and 
gapps in zip to the root of your sd card. Unmount and then using cwm flash the 
boot and gapps files. Reboot and it should start off with a tutorial and wifi 
should be working.
