I think you need to disable WIFI tether hotspot , then to enable the WIFI ,
then to run the tether.

boot-gb-110429-snapshot-236mb should be ok,I only flashed
system.system-gb-0330+boot-gb-110429-snapshot-236mb+patchs has worked well on
my phone.But I'll have a try.
I wonder where is wifi driver's location.I seems that wifi driver is missing
from the catlog.

the wifi driver .so will be replaced with a new one when you install the new
boot (after installing the system)
see
http://gitorious.org/pandroid/frameworks-base/commit/981d281f2ed2a32bb44254d8b10
b904b415b0c5b/diffs

means
1-(TAG, "Failed to load Wi-Fi driver.")
or
2-(TAG, "Failed to start supplicant daemon.")
