I use a Hackintosh system with a 1080p display. I added custom resolutions, and when I was choosing the scale in display preferences, the screen went black (OS is running and responsive to keyboard, but the screen is black). So every time I boot into the system, I see a black screen.
I tried those two recovery methods using macOS Recovery but non of them worked. Is there any other way to restore default settings?
