iDEA on SEURAT object #15

Hi , anyone can help with how to integrate iDEA with SEURAT object? Thank you

As far as I'm aware you just need to perform Diffential expression analysis in Seurat using the findmarkers function to produce a DE summary table and then use that as one of the inputs to produce the idea object.
