Describe the bug
the descriptions of utilities next to block selectors stay if you release your finger while over them which is annoying, utilities as in the "drop items from buildings under cursor", so if you accidentally release it while dragging over those utilities it causes issues, also a toggle to disable them would be nice since i never use them anyway
