Update remaining outdated deps. Specially yargs is important as the current is vulnerable to DoS https://snyk.io/vuln/npm:mem:20180117

@xzyfer I ran the tests and a couple of commands with success. In case this is fine and gets merged, I would appreciate if it get's published to npm. Thanks again and sorry for the hassle.
