Attempting to use the library on Debian 8 results in the following error:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /tmp/libclp-ffi-java10288923340531469990.tmp: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.9' not found
