More Front Downforce!! #12

CFDの結果を信じる限りにおいてはフロントのダウンフォースが足りないらしい. https://github.com/y-yosuke/formula-ppoino/issues/11#issuecomment-233866299

なのでフロントダウンフォースの増加策を考える. https://github.com/y-yosuke/formula-ppoino/issues/11#issuecomment-233886791 の続き.

CFD 解析をして大雑把な傾向を見ながら開発を進める.

Forward Deflector はよく分からない(かった)から次のデバイスは Wheel Inner Cover (Brake Duct) かな.Brake Duct の Outlet が今のところ無いから Cover 的なものだけにする予定だけど.

Wing Profile はとりあえず Control の 40mm から 50mm に厚くしたものを計算するか. 今の Profile はデザイン的に良さそうな NACA の何番か(忘れた)を曲率的にスムースになるようにした適当なものなのだが. 厚さを変えただけでもフェンダーとのつながりの曲面を合わせないといけないので結構面倒... orz

Front Wheel Deflector - t10 / R5 まずは板状の単純なもので様子を見る.良さそうだったら隅に Fillet をかけたものなどを試す. この Wheel Deflector のために Wheel House (Inner Fender) の面も新規のもの. 2016-08-02 18 34 20
