fix: handle artist index pages which list recordings

• Detect such a page and overwrite the expected type of listed entities.
• Only inject an empty table column on search pages. While this is no longer strictly necessary with the first change, this prevents table layout shifts for potential other unhandled cases. (These layout shifts were previously happening for artist index pages which list recordings.)
