Fold/Unfold action for flexible solar panel #274

We now use this thing only in the unfolded thate but there is an additional model for the folded state. We could also allow putting the flexible solar panel into players inventory like a backpack.

The same would apply to some other assets like the battery pack oder the computer with the tripple monitor.
