'AE3_power_powerCapacity' is not set to '0' after turning off generator #291

The solar panel sets the value to 0 after turning off, but the generator not. So user perhaps gets confused if the status of the generator is turned off but the power generation is 5.000 W instead of 0 W.

This seems to be fixed now. Can't reproduce.
