USB-Stick is not available in ACE3 Arsenal #332

The Flash Drive seems to be available in Zeus but not in ACE3 Arsenal.

This is not a bug, but deliberate simplification. If we introduce the flash drive item through the inventory, we have to deal with a lot more cases, to initialize the flash drive filesystem etc.
