Speaks "list item" in a funny order. #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://www.chromevox.com/tutorial/table_navigation.html
2. Select the list of commands at the group level.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The second line ("ChromeVox +Down for the cell below the current cell") should 
be read as "list item chromevox plus down for the cell below the current cell" 
but is instead read as "chromevox list item plus down for the cell below the 
current cell".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chrome 30.0.1599.66 (Official Build 225456) 
ChromeVox 1.29.1
Mac OS X 10.8.5
