Settings window crashes with chrome Vox enabled. #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign-in to user>> Enable chrome Vox(Ctrl+alt+z)
2.From uber tray,Double click on connected network to open connection overlay.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
settings window should not crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
settings window crashes.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a regression issue as no crash is seen on 42.0.2311.60/6812.52.0 
beta-channel daisy.
