ChromeVox: ChromeVox is somewhat crippled when page is served as application/xhtml+xml #173

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit an XHTML5 page being served with application/xhtml+xml
2. Navigate to a navigation menu or something similar where the contents of a 
list are enumerated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On a normal text/html served page, navigating to a navigation or similar will 
have ChromeVox say something like: "Navigation menu with 5 items". This does 
not happen when served with application/xhtml+xml, instead you just hear 
something like "Navigation", the items are not enumerated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 45.0.2414.0 dev (64-bit)
ChromeVox 44.0.2403.0
