Currently I dont know much elisp, so initially I would work on the format and collect requirements.

[ ] define format for context,evidence,observation.
[ ] determine what metadata is required and it is available in the org-roam database?
[ ] how do you embed the meta in node? possible solution using org properties.

for nodes I can use the properties drawer to assign type

Creating node is simple with properties but annotating is tricky. Can do parsing a template which the roam research extension does but still can be done just using the org-roam databases.

annotation link with prefix such "evd" fails in opening the link
