IE's focus causes node to be moved awkwardly #456

Please see the attached video.

Basically, IEs (all IEs, only IEs, damn IE...) move item that has long title to 
the left, in on auto-overflown container. It's definitely the IE's focus event, 
you can also fire a command $(".dynatree-title").focus() for the effect.

I've dived into your source code and found out that you've done quite a number 
of patches for IE's focus events, could you also please provide a way to ignore 
the focus events?

BTW I'm not using any onFocus event listener, so its not exactly the same as 
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/dynatree/focus/dynatree/bcuqKupmPCY/S
JTGxHhhPdgJ, but still hope to have a way disable the focus event.

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
