[Feature Request] Use for Lock Screens & SDDM Too? #35

This project looks pretty cool but... I'd like the functionality to be available for lockscreens and as SDDM wallpapers :p

@ThisNekoGuy kde-shader-wallpaper is dependent on the QML component ShaderEffect.

The thing itself is dependent on X-KDE-ServiceTypes=Plasma/Wallpaper as it's overriding this KDE component that's launced on boot.

I have never tried SDDM so I'll have to check if those are available.

If SDDM functions similarly as KDE Plasma, then it's possible yeah.

I'm pretty sure SDDM only allows you to use an image as a wallpaper. As for lockscreens it appears to be bugged by not saving settings correctly (in plasma6, in plasma5 it worked correctly).

It's not possible to set a shader for SDDM login screen (you could use a screenshot though). As for the lock screen, yes, it works, but it doesn't do the blur effect when the login appears
