Sometimes I cannot get a 'torrent_finished_alert' from bt session! #455

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (Version: 6.1.7601)
    And Microsoft Windows 2003 Server R2 Enterprise
    And Microsoft Windows XP

Addtion: I use Qt 4.7.4 to design GUI

when I set alert queue size to larger (such as 50000), this is ok!
