Hello, I couldn't find many Python scripts mentioned in the script. Could you please provide scripts for calculating p-values and filtering? Thank you very much.

Those scripts are out of date. I have just pushed an update to the main branch that includes significant speed improvements. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
