Run first iteration of the Bot #5

The first Iteration of the Bot should look like:

  1. The User authenticates and accesses the Telebot
  2. The Bot schedules a scrape every 10am (SGT)
  3. The values are stored inside a database (Excel/SQL)
  4. The User is able to see the values from their Telegram application
