Use db.changes( to update docs that are displayed #2

Will replace some of the save doc behavior as we won't need to manually update, delete, refresh, etc from those functions.

Doesn't add songs to todosCantas/(or other songbook they were created from) when they are created

Deleted songs are not removed from open todosCantas

All comments are no longer the case... All docs seem to update on change.
