To do for Alpha launch #30

Things to do:

  1. Sort songbooks list alphabetically(or option of recent edit) #32
  2. Change todosCantas to All Songs #31
  3. Change show/hide chords according to #29
  4. Make release branch that's ycanta.github.io/[alpha]. This branch will have caching set to always work without internet
  5. Fix fullscreen back button bug. And bug #28
  6. Add Change font size buttons? Not critical...
  7. Change Navigation to start on All Songs not songbook List #25
  8. Work on #17 - make songs be alphabetical in song edit
