Issues with postgresql #44

I always had issues with selfoss-android and selfoss installations that use postgresql. For some reason, the items are not handled correctly and updating works very slow (if at all).

Which version of Selfoss have you installed on your server ?

selfoss 2.13-SNAPSHOT. too new?

Could you check if it works well with the version 2.12 ?
