The remark command is supposed to provide a more intuitive way for users to edit remark of a patient, in order to improve user experience i.e. 'remark' expresses the purpose more clearly compared to 'editpatient'
The remark field is also most likely to change often compared to other fields like Nric, name. Hence, we expect edit of remark to occur more frequently, which led us to this design choice where we allow users to use a separate 'remark' command to add/change the remark of the patient.
